Find out if teaching is for you – follow a teacher

If you are not yet sure if teaching English as a Foreign Language is for you, there is the option to follow a teacher for one or two days before your course starts. This will help you to get a feel for what happens in a language teaching classroom, how teachers prepare and deliver their lessons, the kinds of students you might be expected to teach, and to get a general feel for the atmosphere of the school.

The opportunity to shadow an experienced teacher is available on Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday (as there are no afternoon classes on Monday or Friday).

Shadowing a teacher costs £30 per day, and you need to book in advance.
