How to Book
- Complete the online Registration Form or email a Word/PDF copy to email@example.com.
- On receipt of the completed registration form, we will send your booking confirmation. This will consist of an invoice for the course, accommodation, materials and transfer fees (if applicable).
- An invoice and acceptance letter will then be issued in line with UK Border Agency Guidelines. For full information on visas, please check www.gov.uk/government/organisations/uk-visas-and-immigration
- For students requiring visa support documentation, a deposit or payment of full fees will be required before we can issue this. Please note we cannot issue CAS numbers for Tier 4 visas.
Fees include all tuition, reports, certificates, student cards, welcome pack, placement test and use of computer facilities at the school.
How to Pay
Following receipt of an invoice, all fees must be paid in full before commencing your course.
By Bank Transfer: Please include the amount needed to cover all bank charges both in your country and in the UK.
Please put the student's name & ILS student reference number on the transfer advice. E-mail or send a copy of the bank transfer to the member of staff responsible for the booking.

All cancellations must be made in writing to ILS English prior to the course start date. In the event of cancellation, a £200 cancellation fee will be charged. If a cancellation is made after the start date, no refunds will be made.
ILS English reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient student numbers.
Refunds are made only at the discretion of the Managing Director. There is no refund of fees in whole or in part once a student has commenced their course of study. ILS English is not responsible for any bank charges or changes in currency values.
If you are refused a visa and can provide a copy of the refusal notice, we will refund all payments, minus the £200 deposit for administration costs.
Accommodation – Homestay
In the event of a cancellation, a fee of one-week Homestay accommodation will be deducted.
We strongly recommend that every student takes out insurance to cover such events as cancellation or curtailment of course (due to serious illness or accidental injury before your arrival), loss of personal belongings, personal liability and personal accident. ILS English recommend the Endsleigh Insurance Company who are experienced in dealing with insurance for students from overseas
Students wishing to have a planned period of absence must give two weeks' notice. No compensation is given for public holidays when the school is closed.
Students sponsored by an embassy must request holiday two weeks in advance from their embassy. If the holiday is not approved by the embassy, the student will be marked absent during the holiday duration which will impact their attendance.
